The Giga G1 has a great measure of forgiveness and little power. This is a control stick with little rebound. You can handle the ball confidently with the Giga G1. Agressive forwards should think carefully about what it really takes to score a goal. The ball does NOT have to blast past the goalie to count on the scoreboard. It has to cross the goal line. You don't need a power stick to put the ball over the line. But you do need a well balanced stick that has enough forgiveness to allow you to get the ball and keep it until you want to release it. Each year I present the Dita/NFHCA Coach Of The Year Awards. One of the 2006 recipients told me her top scorer uses the Giga G1.
She is not a long ball hitter, not a power hitter, she's a scorer. I RECOMMEND THIS STICK FOR FORWARDS, ESPECIALLY INNERS. Head - "J"
