Why should you wear liner socks?

Liner socks are made to wick water, aka sweat, from your skin. They do not retain water and bog you down.

Liner socks fight bacterial growth and discourage dermatitis, also known as skin rash.

Other advantages of wearing liner socks are that a second pair of thin socks worn beneath your team socks helps fight foot fatigue, caused by the kinetic motion of stops and starts and can help prevent blisters.

We recommend you buy two or more pair. Always put on a fresh, dry pair.

Wash them in cold water and low heat dry.

(hint: changing to a fresh pair of dry liners at halftime make you feel like you have a new set of legs. It's that refreshing!)
